Currently, the Registration and Renewal pages are not working due to a SSL issue. It is being looked into. We will update you ASAP.

We are hoping to have this issue resolved by Friday.
In the meantime, both pages should work in Internet Explorer and FireFox. They will not work if you are using Google Chrome.
ETA: We are in the process of making the log-in page secure as well. Please use Firefox or IE to sign in.
